Hello Fox Rockers…first of all, thanks for listening to the world’s greatest f%^*$kin rock station on the planet. We here at The Fox know that we can’t do it without your support. That’s why I have pledged (sold my soul to the devil) to work as hard as I can to hook you up with the biggest, best, hardest rock shows and tons of other killer prizes to show our constant appreciation.
My broadcasting career began back in the early 90s when I worked as a Radio/Television News Anchor/Reporter. I’m actually an Award Winning Journalist having scored honors by the Associated Press Television & Radio Association (APTRA) Radio & Television News Directors Association (RTNDA) and others…
I first caught your attention on 101.7 The Fox with my highly rated and controversial "Big Jon Snyder – Fox News" that aired every morning. Two minutes of hard news spiked with my own personal commentary on the issues. One day the owner of the radio station called me into his office and said, "I don’t know if your feature is the best, or the worst thing I’ve ever heard on the air…but I’ve got clients fighting over sponsoring it".
That’s when I knew I belonged here on "The Rock of Sonoma County". Shortly thereafter, I became the other voice in the morning on The Blazy Show followed by becoming the Director of Promotions and Sunday midday host from 10am to 3pm. I’m stoked now being able to focus my attention on the entire radio station and its promotions.
If I didn’t work here, I’d still listen every day. I love hard rock and the heavier, the better. Many know me for being a guitar freak growing up in the Easy Bay. I’ve jammed in many punk and heavy metal bands, having played around with members of Attitude Adjustment, Machinehead, Chaos and my favorite, Terminal Shock.
I never really had the patience for touring so living vicariously through the music on The Fox is my dream job come true. But I still get together with my fun loving criminals from the past and plug in from time to time, plus I write slasher film scores to feed my craving for the axe. You may see me from time to time on the screen as well, being an actor and indie film maker.
Anyway, enough about me...I want to hear from you! Shoot me an email or call the studio at (707) 636-1-FOX!
Rock on!!!
