據悉，Dai是以太坊上最大的去中心化穩定幣，由MakerDAO開發并管理，是去中心化金融（DeFi）的基礎設施。Dai由鏈上資產足額抵押擔保發行，和美元保持1:1錨定，1Dai=1美元。個人和企業可以通過兌換Dai或者抵押借Dai獲得避險資產和流動資金。Dai在抵押貸款、保證金交易、國際轉賬、供應鏈金融等方面都已經有落地應用。[2020/7/2]

Dharma發起Compound治理提案012，主題為更新cDAI利率模型:據官網消息，加密借貸公司Dharma在Compound社區發起關于更新cDAI利率模型的提案012。Dharma提出以下建議：

1. 將目前15%的APY（年回報率）增至25％；

2. 將邊際利率（kink）從90％減至80％；

3. 更改gapPerBlock參數，將理想利率從2%增加至4%；

4. 每個區塊的基本費率將保持不變。

第一個變更建議是由于當Compound資產的利用率達到100%時，資金提供方（Supplier）無法提取其資產，新的借款人也無法獲得貸款，而這可以通過對資金提供方作出補償，因此建議將該參數調高至25%。

注：8天前，Dharma建議將cDAI利率模型與MCD（多抵押Dai）參數解耦（decoupling），此后盡管收到了有關更新cDAI利率模型的積極反饋，但社區也清楚地表示目前不愿與MCD脫鉤。因此，Dharma又提出了一個未與MCD脫鉤的cDAI利率更新模型。[2020/7/2]
